Rental Terms & Policies

Times + Fees

• Lancaster & York: 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM (setup at 4:00 PM)
• Columbia: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM (setup at 2:00 PM)
• No barista — $100/hr
• With a barista — $120/hr + cost of drink tab
• $100 deposit at booking. Balance due day of event.

Food & Drinks

• Catering via Merrymaker Catering (5 days advance)
• Outside food and alcohol permitted
• Fridge space available with advance notice
• Serving utensils and paper supplies not provided

Restrictions

• Lancaster & York: max 60 guests · Columbia: max 50 guests
• No sparklers, tape on walls, glitter, or confetti
• Furniture should be left as found. Take excess trash with you.
